EnCompass' ability to manage physical transactions is in large part due to the physical infrastructure design and integration of this design into all aspects of processing. The flexibility and detail of this infrastructure allow for the modeling of facilities including pipelines, transmission grids, storage facilities and all related cost structures.
- Support all unit of measures including volume and energy units
- Facility and location maintenance for all physical infrastructure (e.g. pipelines, points, transmission grids, storage facilities etc.).
- Full tariff-maintenance sub-system (e.g. definition of transportation services and associated cost components)
- Support for pipeline interconnects, both physical and logical
- Transport supports receipt and delivery based pipes
- Transport supports point to point, point to zone, zone to zone and system tariffs (cost and fuel)
